PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Leads Financial ("Leads", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our website, products, and services. By using our services you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you register for an account we collect information you provide such as your name, email address, username, and password. We also collect profile details you choose to provide.

User-Generated Content

Your trade ideas, posts, comments, likes, uploaded media, followers/following lists, and other content you submit ("User Content") are collected and stored. User Content may be visible to other users depending on your privacy settings.

Payment & Billing Information

To provide paid services we collect billing information such as credit card numbers and billing addresses. Payment processing is performed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store raw card numbers on our servers; card data is handled by PCI-compliant processors and payment tokens.

Technical & Usage Data

We automatically collect information about your device and use of the service, including IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, log files, usage statistics, and cookies. This data helps us operate, secure, and improve the service.

Brokerage & Verification Data

If you connect brokerage accounts or provide trade verification we may collect read-only account and trade history data necessary to verify transactions. This allows us to display immutable trade records; we will request explicit authorization for such integrations.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide, maintain, and improve the service, process payments, communicate with you, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and personalize your experience.

AI Training: We may use aggregated, anonymized, and in limited circumstances non-public User Content to train, develop, and improve machine learning models. Prior to using non-public personal data for model training in a way that materially affects users, we will provide notice and obtain any required consents under applicable law. You may request exclusion of your non-public data from training as described below.

Research and Analytics: We may analyze user behavior to produce aggregated insights and performance metrics. Aggregated data does not identify individual users.

3. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information as follows:

  • Service Providers: Payment processors, hosting providers, analytics vendors, and other third parties that perform services on our behalf under contracts that restrict use to the services they perform.
  • Legal: In response to lawful requests by public authorities, to comply with laws or regulations, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Leads or others.
  • Aggregated/Anonymized Data: Non-identifiable insights and metrics may be shared publicly or with partners.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain personal data as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and personal data; certain information may persist where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal obligations).

5. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, logging and monitoring, and regular security assessments. Payment data is processed by PCI-compliant third parties; we use industry best practices to secure credentials and sensitive information.

Despite these measures, no system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach affecting personal data, we will notify affected users and regulators as required by applicable law and will take reasonable steps to contain and remediate the incident.

6. International Transfers

We operate internationally. Personal data may be stored or processed in jurisdictions different from your residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

7. Your Choices & Rights

  • Access & Portability: You may request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction & Deletion: You may request corrections or deletion of your personal data subject to legal restrictions. Deletion requests may be limited where we have legal grounds to retain data (e.g., fraud prevention, regulatory obligations).
  • Opt-out: You may opt out of certain uses of your data, such as marketing communications, by following the unsubscribe instructions in our messages or contacting us at lead.invests.co@gmail.com.
  • AI Training Opt-out: If you do not want your non-public User Content used for model training, you may request exclusion by contacting lead.invests.co@gmail.com. Public content and aggregated/anonymized datasets may still be used.

8. EU Residents (GDPR)

Data Controller: Leads Financial acts as the data controller for personal data collected via the Service.

Lawful Bases: We rely on lawful bases including performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g., security, fraud prevention, service improvement), compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where required.

Rights: If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights contact lead.invests.co@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your member state.

International Transfers: Personal data may be transferred to countries outside the EEA. Where transfers occur we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

9. California Consumer Privacy (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the purpose for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it. You may request deletion of your personal information and opt out of the sale of personal information, if applicable. To make a request, email lead.invests.co@gmail.com. We will verify requests consistent with applicable law and will not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

10. Cookies & Tracking

11. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

12. Third-Party Services

We may disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. We will object to requests that we believe are overly broad and will notify you unless prohibited by law.
